Senior Manager, Global Pharma & Biopharma Market

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Manager to lead global pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical market strategy execution. The role translates customer and market insights into product launches and commercial priorities across drug discovery, development, manufacturing, and bioprocessing.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of Pharma & Biopharma Whitebook and Marketing Growth Plan with execution roadmaps
- Drive revenue and new-product introduction performance by analyzing results and coordinating cross-functional countermeasures
- Lead product-extension business cases and market development by translating customer needs into validation activities
- Lead Launch Excellence execution and readiness including materials strategy and value propositions
- Set approach for solution positioning and commercial activation including competitive positioning and sales tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field
- Experience in product management, market development, or commercial roles in life sciences or analytical instruments
- Proficiency with customer insight methods including voice-of-customer and competitive intelligence
- Experience coordinating cross-functional product launches in matrixed organizations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales-enablement platforms
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
Compensation: CAD 101,500–135,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
