Dans le cadre du programme Mistral , Cofomo recherche un Analyste fonctionnel TI spécialisé dans ServiceNow . Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place du module Customer Service Management (CSM) prévue en janvier 2025 et dans l’optimisation des modules ITSM déjà en place.
Vous serez au cœur d’un projet stratégique de transformation numérique , impliquant notamment la migration du système S400 vers SAP. Votre expertise permettra d’assurer un alignement optimal entre les processus d’affaires et les solutions offertes par ServiceNow.
Exigences et compétences techniquesMinimum 6 ans d’expérience confirmée comme analyste fonctionnel TI.
Solide expertise sur ServiceNow .
Environ 2 ans d’expérience sur les modules ITSM et CSM .
Compréhension des environnements SAP et des enjeux liés aux migrations de systèmes.
Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et à proposer des solutions adaptées.
Participer à l’ analyse des besoins fonctionnels liés aux modules ITSM et CSM.
Contribuer à l’ implantation réussie de CSM en janvier 2025.
Assurer l’ intégration fluide avec SAP et les autres systèmes du programme Mistral.
Produire et maintenir une documentation claire des processus, flux et exigences fonctionnelles.
Collaborer activement aux ateliers Agile et aux sprints de développement.
Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et techniques pour garantir une intégration harmonieuse.
Documenter les processus et exigences fonctionnelles.
Identifier, suivre et gérer les anomalies fonctionnelles et techniques.
Contribuer à la configuration et optimisation des modules ServiceNow.
Faire le lien entre utilisateurs, développeurs et architectes.
Expérience dans un projet de transformation numérique d’envergure (idéalement similaire au programme Mistral).
Familiarité avec les environnements Agile .
Joueur d’équipe, fiable, curieux et doté d’un excellent esprit d’analyse.
Capacité à comprendre les aspects techniques tout en gardant une vision fonctionnelle.
Motivation à apprendre et à contribuer activement à un projet stratégique.
