Snapy Snacks is looking for a reliable and energetic Food Service Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and help maintain excellent standards of food quality, customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate staff during daily operations
* Assign duties and ensure smooth workflow during busy periods
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service
* Monitor cleanliness, sanitation and food safety practices
* Assist with staff training and onboarding
* Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
* Monitor inventory and communicate restocking requirements
* Support opening and closing procedures
* Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served on time
* Work closely with management to improve service and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in food service, restaurant or café operations
* Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
* Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
* Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
* Reliable, punctual and customer-focused
* Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities during busy shifts
We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes ownership of their work and wants to grow with a developing food brand.
