- Own and deliver features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Mentor engineers and provide ongoing technical leadership
- Collaborate on critical architecture and design decisions
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance systems
- Assist in hiring and onboarding processes as the team expands
- Proven full-stack development experience with modern technologies
- Strong track record of shipping production features
- Experience mentoring engineers, formally or informally
- Knowledge of scalable architecture and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
