The Customer Service/Tech Support Rep engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Service/Tech Support Rep, you’ll:

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Help customers resolve technical issues.
• Assist in correcting billing concerns.
• Help customers with software related issues
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

Your Qualifications

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Technical Support Representative role include:

• Excellent customer service
• Banking and invoicing accounts receivable would be an asset.
• Prior customer service experience required. (at least 1 year)
• Strong listening skills to be able to understand, empathize and resolve cx issue.
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally.
• Open availability to work weekdays between the hours 8am-12am Mon-Fri EST and weekends 9am-6pm
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies

• The base salary for this position is $19.35/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
