Full Stack Senior Software Engineer at Affirm

Affirm

Shape impactful consumer journeys with Affirm as a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer. This role focuses on leading mobile initiatives and building high-quality consumer experiences remotely. As a senior engineer, you’ll own quarterly goals, guiding your team through complex challenges. Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics during the product lifecycle. With your experience in mobile architectures and backend systems, you'll drive technical decisions while enhancing the quality and reliability of deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

Own and deliver quarterly team goals
Collaborate with product and design on launches
Identify and advocate for process improvements
Create metrics to support team operations
Set code review and design standards

Requirements:

4+ years experience in software engineering
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with React Native and backend systems
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
