Demander ou commander du matériel, de l'équipement et des fournitures
Cuire les mélanges préparés
Former le personnel dans la préparation, la cuisson et la manipulation des aliments
Préparer des commandes spéciales
Superviser le personnel de boulangerie et celui des cuisines
Établir un calendrier de production
Former le personnel
Assurer la qualité des produits en conformité avec les normes établies
Établir l'horaire de travail du personnel
Inspecter la cuisine et les aires de service des aliments
Faire fonctionner les machines
Organiser et tenir un inventaire à jour
Voir, au besoin, à la vente et à la mise en marché des produits
