Remote Assistant Director Athletics

Lead collegiate athletics administration remotely through strategic planning, compliance oversight, and budget management for a fully remote senior leadership role.The Assistant Director of Athletics supports the Director of Athletics across department operations and program development. This senior role shapes strategic direction, promotes excellence across athletic programs, and advances a positive culture for student-athletes and staff. Responsibilities span compliance, fundraising, and resource management.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with overall athletic department administration and managementOversee compliance, student-athlete welfare, or sport operationsDevelop departmental budgets and optimize resources responsiblyLead fundraising initiatives and cultivate donor relationshipsSupervise and mentor coaches and administrative staffRequirements:
Master's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least eight years of progressive intercollegiate athletics administration experienceExperience managing budgets, strategic planning, and fundraisingStrong understanding of NCAA/SAFL rules and compliance issuesProven leadership, communication, and decision-making abilitiesApply athletic administration, compliance, fundraising, and leadership expertise to guide collegiate programs and support the Director of Athletics remotely.
