Product Owner for Catalis Public Works

Catalis seeks a skilled Product Owner to drive initiatives for our Public Works product in Edmonton, Alberta. Lead discovery, define requirements, and prioritize a focused product backlog while collaborating with customers. This onsite position requires a dedicated professional with experience or a degree in analysis and communications. You will oversee features from inception to delivery, manage the product evolution, and align it with market needs. Your role is vital in ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features with stakeholders
• Manage and refine the product backlog and user stories
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning
• Drive enhancements based on user feedback
• Contribute to user acceptance testing and release readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
