Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for hospitality operations products utilized by Guest Services, Market Operations, and Housekeeping teams.
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sonder’s middleware platform, ensuring it powers integrations, automations, and data flows across the business.
- Lead discovery and delivery for new integration and automation opportunities, reducing manual workflows and unlocking efficiency for Operations teams.
- Partner closely with engineering to deliver both simple integrations and complex architectural solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable product solutions, balancing quick wins with long-term platform resilience.
- Leverage the latest in LLM and other AI technologies to enable internal teams to surface information and solve complex customer and corporate problems.
- Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with Operations, Finance, and other business functions to deeply understand needs and transform them into product opportunities.
- Anticipate edge cases and cross‑functional dependencies, ensuring reliability, scalability, and readiness for future system migrations.
- Collaborate with adjacent product areas to ensure alignment, consistency, and leverage of shared infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on platform, middleware, or enterprise integration products.
- Strong technical fluency; comfortable working with engineering on APIs, data flows, and system architectures, and evaluating tradeoffs between building vs. buying.
- Experience developing robust products that automate and integrate transparently, reliably, and extensibly.
- Proven ability to balance product vision with pragmatic delivery, from establishing long‑term platforms to shipping targeted integrations quickly.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross‑functional alignment, particularly with Operations, where priorities may shift quickly.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate effectively amid open questions while continuing to drive impact.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Bonus: Experience in hospitality.
- Bonus: Experience working with 3rd‑party software integrations.
- Bonus: Experience building SaaS solutions.
Compensation
Pay range: $101,745.00 – $190,000.00 annually. Equity, benefits, and discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation.
