Remote Conseiller en gouvernance des RI (agilité)

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’ un conseiller senior spécialisé en gouvernance des ressources informationnelles et agilité afin de soutenir l’intégration des pratiques Agile dans un cadre de gouvernance structuré.
Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue.
Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :
- Intégrer les pratiques Agile dans les mécanismes de gouvernance;
- Accompagner les instances décisionnelles dans un contexte de transformation;
- Assurer l’alignement entre agilité et exigences de gouvernance;
- Mettre en place des cadres Agile adaptés;
- Soutenir la gestion de portefeuille en mode Agile;
- Conseiller les directions sur les stratégies et pratiques;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et de la performance.
- Expérience en gouvernance TI;
- Expertise en agilité ( Scrum, SAFe ou équivalent);
- Expérience en transformation organisationnelle;
- Capacité d’influence et de conseil stratégique;
- Excellente communication;
- Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit.

SALAIRE
Le salaire sera calculé sur la base du taux horaire moyen correspondant à votre profil.
