Job Title: Production Associate - Days

Location: Tillsonburg, Ontario (On-site)

Work Type: Temporary – Ongoing | 4-Day Work Week

We’re currently building a pipeline of reliable Production Associates to join our client’s team in Tillsonburg. These positions offer a consistent day shift schedule with a 4-day work week, allowing you to enjoy a better work-life balance while gaining valuable manufacturing experience.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate production equipment and machinery while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Assemble, package, and inspect products with attention to detail
• Complete general labor duties, including lifting, sorting, and material handling
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as required
• Communicate equipment concerns, production issues, or quality concerns to supervisors
