Key Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing programs to boost brand awareness and adoption across multiple regions
• You will help to define overall roadmap for Sports production by making suggestions to senior leadership, ensuring day-to-day delivery and proposing alternative approaches to dramatically improve creative output and productivity
• Manage high-volume, high-turnaround campaigns across Europe, Canada, and Latin America for various channels including online, offline, print, social media, and display advertising
• Plan, develop, and deliver online campaigns such as email marketing and placements on relevant websites
• Create collateral and sales tools for direct sales teams and events to support marketing initiatives
• Develop engaging marketing content for both personal and business sections of the company’s website, collaborating with designers on layout and graphics
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve results
• Oversee all operational aspects of campaigns, including workflow, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Lead documentation of existing processes and manage continuous improvement initiatives within the production team
• Identify opportunities to standardize, offshore, and automate tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure timely asset delivery
• Maintain processes, procedures, and job tracking to keep project deliverables on time and within budget
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status, delays, issues, and budget implications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a global or high-growth environment
• Fluency in French (mandatory) for communication and content development
• Proven experience managing high-volume campaigns across multiple channels and regions
• Strong project management skills, including workflow coordination, budgeting, and timeline adherence
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across organizational boundaries
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaign strategies
• This role is onsite in Toronto, ON, with no remote work options
• Ability to handle travel as needed for campaign deployment and team collaboration
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with digital marketing tools and automation processes
• Knowledge of multimedia production, including video, print, and OOH advertising
• Familiarity with international marketing regulations and localization strategies
• Prior experience working with external agencies and vendors
