Lead material handling product development in Vaughan with SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor expertise and hands-on engineering leadership. Guide projects from concept through production.This Project Engineer and Product Development Engineer role supports Forklift and Telehandler product lines. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and technical deliverables while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. The work spans mechanical design, prototype testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle product development projects from concept through completionManage schedules, budgets, resources, and technical deliverablesDesign mechanical components, fabricated assemblies, and heavy equipment systemsSupport prototype development, testing, validation, and product improvementCollaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teamsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural EngineeringValid P.Eng. designation is mandatoryFive or more years of progressive engineering experienceMaterial handling, forklift, or telehandler experience is essentialAdvanced SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor proficiencyApply mechanical design, testing, and project leadership expertise to Forklift and Telehandler development in Vaughan, Ontario.
