Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care (Outpatient)
$260k - $300k per yearFull-time
Job Description:
Be part of a deeply purposeful primary care mission that provides essential services to underserved and uninsured populations throughout LA County. You will be supported by a strong multidisciplinary team treating tens of thousands of patients annually — creating both impact and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality primary care to a diverse patient panel
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and preventive services
• Coordinate with a collaborative team of physicians, NPs, PAs, dentists, and social workers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to evidence-based care standards

Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
• M.D. or D.O. degree with Board Eligible/Board Certified status in Family Medicine
• Completion of residency training (or currently completing residency)
• Eligible for or current California medical licensure
