Executive Recruiter for Finance at Vaco

Develop relationships with CFOs and finance leaders
Generate business through strategic networking and referrals
Sell interim staffing and consulting solutions
Lead and coach team members to achieve objectives
Monitor team activity and provide ongoing feedback

Requirements:

5+ years of finance staffing or solutions-sales experience
Proven business development and sales achievement
Experience in coaching or leading staffing professionals
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree required
