In this role, you will be a cornerstone our HR department – someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional employee experience while keeping our people operations running smoothly.What You Will DoServe as the first point of employee contact for HR matters, such as benefits, on-boarding, time and attendance, and other employee inquiries.Respond to employee queries with professionalism and care, turning routine HR interactions into positive experiences.Enter and maintain employee records through the employee life cycle in the HRIS system (Workday) and the Benefit Administrator portal. Audit HR systems regularly to ensure data integrity.Generate employee-related paperwork (employment verification, transfers, notifications etc.).Develop and maintain standard processes and/or checklists; streamline as needed to identify efficiencies.Maintain records, personnel files and tracking systems; support report requests as required.Assist with weekly hours balancing relating to payroll processing.Support new hire documentation with the employee on-boarding process.Provide day-to-day administration and contribute to broader HR initiatives. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
