Full Stack Developer (Unity and WebRTC)

• Technical Expertise:
• Proven experience with Unity and WebRTC. Success in implementing software based on WebRTC, with a deep understanding of building and optimizing video applications.
• Experience creating games/apps using Unity, with a deep understanding of Unity's ecosystem.
• Languages: C#, C, JavaScript/NodeJS
• Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and proactive communication.
• Ability to lead the full lifecycle of major projects.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Maintain: You'll be primarily responsible for improving our Unity plugin that enables calls in VR.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our CTO to design, develop, and implement WebRTC-based features for Unity.
• Optimize: Measure and improve the quality and reliability of WebRTC calls, ensuring the best possible experience under varying client conditions.
• End-to-End Execution: Lead projects from conception through implementation and measurement, directly impacting the trajectory of Between.
• Infrastructure Design : Assist in designing the infrastructure to support our growing product needs.
• Grow with Us: As Between grows, your role will evolve, offering opportunities for leadership and skill development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00-$138,000.00 per year
