Scopely is seeking a seasoned Senior Producer to oversee WWE Champions, the top-rated RPG puzzle match game. In this remote role, you will shape product strategy and guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to players. Your experience in live-service products will ensure clarity and accountability in fast-paced settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production for features and LiveOps initiatives
- Translate strategy into actionable release plans and milestones
- Drive execution across multiple concurrent teams and workstreams
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination during release planning
- 7+ years in game or software production experience
- 3+ years in a Senior Producer or leadership role
- Track record of launching complex live-service features
- Expertise in planning, risk, and operational management
- Understanding of LiveOps and player engagement strategies
