Product Development Manager au Cirque du Soleil

Devenez Product Development Manager au Cirque du Soleil. Ce rôle hybride vous permet de gérer l'ensemble du développement des produits, en plaçant la créativité au centre. Sous la direction de la directrice des Produits de consommation, vous dirigerez le cycle de développement, en vous assurant que les produits respectent les standards de qualité. En tant qu'intermédiaire entre les équipes internes et les fournisseurs, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination des projets, la gestion des échantillons et le suivi des coûts. Votre présence garantira l'alignement de chaque produit avec notre vision de marque. Key Responsibilities:

Superviser le processus de développement de produits complet
Assurer la communication et la coordination avec les fournisseurs
Gérer les délais et les approbations de produits
Collaborer avec l'équipe de création pour concrétiser les concepts
Documenter le développement avec précision

Requirements:

DEC en gestion, design ou domaine connexe
Au moins trois ans d'expérience pertinente
Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office
Anglais courant à l'écrit et à l'oral
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes de manière efficace
