Director of AI-Driven Product Support at Tubi

Tubi - Canada

Join Tubi as the Director of Product Support Operations and lead AI-first initiatives. Revolutionize product support for over 100 million active users in this hybrid role. This position is based in San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, or Toronto and requires a leader with at least 7 years of proven technical program management experience. You will guide a dynamic team in designing, executing, and refining the operational models critical for customer success. Your strategic oversight will influence major initiatives across various teams, driving both impact and innovation daily. Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the strategy for Product Support Operations
Cultivate high-performing Technical Program Management teams
Develop agentic workflows that ensure program success
Direct company-level programs with measurable outcomes
Oversee systems for customer support and voice of the customer

Requirements:

7+ years in relevant technical management roles
Proven track record in handling complex programs
Strong technical fluency and stakeholder management
Background in customer experience is advantageous
Knowledge of the media or streaming industry preferred
