Strong communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, digital, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively in team environments and respond appropriately to challenging situations. A valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence (or equivalent) and valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification are required. The ideal background includes a university degree in the social sciences, a related discipline, a diploma in law enforcement, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
