Become a key contributor at Bombardier as a Human Resources Business Partner. Drive performance initiatives and support teams in enhancing people strategy within the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with managers across Bombardier to execute HR programs, guide talent development, and shape effective workforce strategies. Your valuable experience of at least eight years as a Human Resources Business Partner will drive impactful changes in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Support deployment of HR programs and processes
- Coach managers in performance management and talent acquisition
- Advise on team development and conflict management
- Contribute to continuous improvement in HR best practices
- Produce reports and assist with administrative tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of eight years as a HR Business Partner
- Bilingual in French and English with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Ability to manage confidentiality and multiple priorities
