Human Resources Business Partner at Bombardier

Key Responsibilities:

• Support deployment of HR programs and processes
• Coach managers in performance management and talent acquisition
• Advise on team development and conflict management
• Contribute to continuous improvement in HR best practices
• Produce reports and assist with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; Master’s preferred
• Minimum of eight years as a HR Business Partner
• Bilingual in French and English with strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Ability to manage confidentiality and multiple priorities
