Director of Power Services in Alberta

As the Director of Power Services Operations, you will report to the Vice President and manage operations for a range of projects including transmission, distribution, and substations. The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of leadership experience in electrical utilities, fostering business development and operational excellence. Your role will ensure successful project execution while optimizing resources and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Power Services
• Identify opportunities with utility and industrial clients
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements and contracts
• Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
• Oversee project delivery and operational performance

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years of leadership in utility or construction sectors
• Proven operational leadership and financial management skills
• Experience in business development and client relationship growth
• Strong knowledge of Alberta's utility regulations and markets
