E-commerce Director for Shopify Operations

Join HireHawk as an E-commerce Director, overseeing Shopify operations in a fully remote setting. You'll strategically enhance our digital storefront by improving core functionalities.
In this full-time role, you'll audit existing e-commerce processes and define clear strategies for growth. With a focus on conversion optimization and merchandising elevation, your leadership will establish vital KPIs and analytics for measuring success. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance every aspect of the online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete Shopify experience, from backend to user interface
• Audit site performance and formulate execution plans
• Drive conversion improvements through analytics and CRO
• Enhance product merchandising and inventory accuracy
• Hire and manage freelancers and agencies as needed
Requirements:
• 5+ years of e-commerce experience with site ownership
• Proficient in Shopify management
• Experience improving conversion and site performance
• Robust data analysis and reporting skills
• Adaptable to work in startup-like environments with North American overlap
