Job Description: As a Sales Lead focused on new business at ELEVATE, you will spearhead our growth initiatives by identifying and securing new clients. Your role is critical in expanding our reach and impact in the market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
- Implementing StoryBrand principles in sales strategies to effectively communicate and engage with potential clients.
- Developing and executing lead generation and sales pipeline development strategies.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique stories and needs.
- Analyzing market trends to uncover new business opportunities and strategies.
- Motivating and leading the sales team to surpass new business acquisition targets.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record in new business development and consultative sales.
- Familiarity with StoryBrand framework and its application in sales and marketing.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with a deep understanding of sales processes.
- Leadership skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding new business goals.
