In this hands-on role reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead social media strategy, manage community engagement, and enhance SEO performance across digital platforms. Your creative content skills will complement analytical disciplines to ensure brand consistency and improved visibility. Collaborate closely with teams to optimize user experience and support paid campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

Develop social media strategy planning and content publishing
Manage community engagement on platforms like Reddit
Optimize website health and conversion metrics
Structure content for AI-driven and answer-based search
Monitor performance to enhance content strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
3-5 years experience in digital marketing and SEO
Hands-on social media and content management experience
Knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization
Familiarity with paid awareness campaign execution
