Compassionate NICU Registered Nurse role with professional growth

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the NICU and provide essential care to vulnerable newborns. - Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate documentation for patient history
- Advocate for patient rights and individual needs
- Engage in professional councils and committees
- Must be a Registered Nurse in British Columbia
- Minimum one year of NICU experience required
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Current certifications in NRP and Basic Rescuer
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
