We are currently hiring for Security Guard positions at a high-profile retail mall and are hosting an upcoming off-hours hiring event .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of the shopping centre, including common areas, entrances, and exterior spaces
• Monitor CCTV and respond to any suspicious activity, theft, or safety concerns
• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and maintain a safe environment
• Assist shoppers and tenants with directions, inquiries, and general support
• Respond to incidents such as disturbances, alarms, medical situations, and lost persons
• Work closely with mall management and store staff to support daily operations
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
• Follow all site policies and emergency procedures as required

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
• Availability for continental shifts (days/nights) or casual hours
