This full-time position calls for a Master's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure in Ontario. You will lead the strategic direction for Practical Nursing and BScN programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards while collaborating with faculty and industry partners to enhance educational quality and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning for nursing program delivery
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and regulatory standards
• Champion innovative teaching and curriculum development
• Manage faculty and administrative support team effectively
• Build partnerships with healthcare providers for enhanced student learning
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Nursing with RN status in Ontario
• Substantial administrative experience in education or healthcare sectors
• Proven track record in faculty development
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes in nursing
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
