Role overview

What you'll do

• Actively participate in technical design discussions and requirement clarifications.
• Collaborate with the current team to quickly understand application design and data flow.
• Adhere to and promote code and design standards during development, while also mentoring junior team members.
• Lead end-to-end deliverables in an agile and dynamic environment.

What you bring to the role

• More than 6 years of experience in Python.
• Proficiency in Flask, Django, and secure coding practices.
• Strong knowledge in both front-end and back-end Python development.
• Experience with analytics and reporting is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies is an added bonus.

Working arrangements

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
