Role Description
We are looking for motivated Independent Business Development Partners to help expand Talnora's client base across Canada and the United States.
This is a fully remote, flexible, 100% commission-based opportunity , ideal for individuals passionate about sales, technology, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
You will work closely with Talnora's technical team to identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, and help close AI consulting and automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Understand client challenges and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Schedule discovery meetings and present Talnora's services.
- Support proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in AI, technology, consulting, and business automation.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and engage decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Prior B2B sales, consulting, or business development experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Existing business connections in Canada or the US are a plus.
- No minimum years of experience or specific degree required.
Compensation & Benefits
