What's a Day In The Life Like?

• Present the Brock story, our unique position in the baggage software space, and what exactly SmartSuite is, to our total unrealized market which range from Analysts to C-Level.
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our technology offering and market strategy.
• Develop sales pursuit plans for net new leads.
• Grow existing accounts via account plans that cover - what needs to be done now, one month, one year, and three years from now.
• Engage directly with potential customers at all levels of their organization and represent Brock's unique culture and approach.
• Connect with customers, virtually, at industry events, and at their locations. Travel can be up to 50%.
• Support the development of proposals, estimates, contracts, and software roadmaps by soliciting input form the sales and marketing team and the customer.
• Collaborate with software development, product, and delivery team to ensure our execution aligns with our proposals and to gather customer feedback and insights.
• Supported by the SmartSuite Sales and Marketing team do whatever else is needed to win!

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor Degree in business or related field
• Masters of business Administration (MBA) is an asset
• Prior experience in a sales role
• Genuine interest in building lasting relationships with clients and partners
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Excellent listing skills
• Excellent communication skills - both in writing, oral, and presentation
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50 %
