Littler LLP, a leading global firm, is expanding in Toronto and seeks experienced lawyers with 1-6 years of labour and employment law practice. Successful candidates will be called to the Ontario Bar and possess strong analytical and communication skills. You will tackle client counseling, litigation strategy, and compliance training to support employers effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on complex employment law matters
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
- Design and implement compliance training for employers
- Advise on workplace investigations and human rights
- Support pay equity and privacy legislation compliance
- 1-6 years of labour and employment law experience
- Call to the Ontario Bar is mandatory
- Excellent academic credentials required
- Strong communication and analytical skills needed
- Passion for employer support in legal matters
