NPI Engineer Role for New Graduates (Montreal)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes and tooling
• Validate and verify manufacturing processes for quality
• Assist in transferring NPI to contract manufacturers in Asia
• Work with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.)
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis and manufacturing principles
• Experience with CAD software preferred
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
