Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Wage : $68,000-$75,000K annually

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the company receives high-quality products and services at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Obtain quotes and compare pricing, quality, and delivery schedules
• Prepare purchase orders and manage procurement documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements
• Build and maintain positive supplier relationships
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve supply issues when needed
• Track purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Work closely with operations, finance, and management teams to support business needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to analyze pricing, contracts, and supplier performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/ERP systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is considered an asset
