AI Growth Engineer for Restaurants

Elevate Palona's AI initiatives as an AI Growth Engineer dedicated to the restaurant sector. Focus on creating data-driven web experiences that convert visitors into valuable leads. Palona is reshaping the way restaurants leverage AI technology. We're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Engineer proficient in building high-impact web experiences. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-discipline teams, ensuring that every web solution is optimized for growth through data analysis, experimentation, and reliable attribution methods. Key Responsibilities:

Develop fast, UX-focused web solutions for restaurant clients
Create effective landing pages and interactive product demos
Ensure accurate end-to-end attribution of marketing campaigns
Instrument product behaviors for improved funnel analytics
Integrate and automate workflows across marketing systems

Requirements:

3+ years in software engineering, focusing on full-stack
Expertise in TypeScript, React, and website optimization
Solid understanding of analytics tools and reporting
Experience with third-party API integrations
Knowledge of SEO principles and conversion tactics
