Vice President Client Success at OpenText

Join OpenText as Vice President of Client Success Strategy & Programs, leading strategic initiatives and program management in a remote hybrid environment. Drive digital transformation while aligning cross-functional teams to enhance client value. As a senior leader, you will connect with the Chief Client Officer and their team to execute an integrated Client Success strategy. This role emphasizes enterprise planning, fostering organizational alignment, and managing high-impact programs that directly influence client satisfaction and business performance. Your leadership will focus on building a high-performing team that drives insight-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape client success strategy alongside Chief Client Officer
  • Translate strategy into measurable annual operating plans
  • Foster alignment across client success operational units
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional client success programs
  • Drive performance reporting and KPI frameworks
Requirements:
  • 15+ years in strategy or program leadership
  • Executive leadership experience in complex tech organizations
  • Strong financial acumen supporting planning processes
  • Experience with client-facing functions or M&A
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred
