Looking for once-a-week part-time live-out housekeeper, estimated 4-5 hrs/wk

Hello We are a tidy couple. We're looking for help with weekly-maintenance cleaning tasks, like:

• Clean the bathrooms (two full bathrooms, one powder room), including mirrors, three toilets, one bathtub/shower combo, one large shower w/ large glass door
• Replace towels in bathrooms with fresh
• Restock toilet paper, handsoap, shampoo, soap in bathrooms, if needed
• Dirty clothes are already in the washing machine. Start washing machine, move clothes to dryer when done, start dryer, if dryer completes while still here, put dry clothes into basket and/or fold and/or put away in closet
• Clean the kitchen, including counter, backsplash, sink, glass stovetop, outside of fridge, outside of stove, outside and inside of microwave
• Restock paper towel, handsoap, dishsoap in kitchen, if needed
• Empty living space & bathroom trashcans, bring to trash
• Bring compost bag to compost bin, replace with fresh compost bag
• Clean dishes are already in dishwasher. Move clean dishes from dishwasher to cabinet. Re-fill and start dishwasher
• Clean the bedrooms (two bedrooms), change linens (put old linens in bin, we will wash), make the beds
• Restock tissues in bedrooms, if needed
• Dusting, including desks, bannisters, tables, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, kitchen appliances, windowsills, shelves
• Vacuum, including carpeted upstairs, carpeted stairs, non-carpet main floor. Vacuum available
• Mopping main floor, mainly kitchen area, Swiffer wet cloths provided
• Other spot cleaning as required, like windows, etc
• Ideally, light plantcare or sweeping on patios
• Sweeping driveway

We prefer Wednesday morning/day, but we are flexible. We have parking available. Otherwise, we are about a 15min walk from Marine Gateway station, or 20min walk from Langara-49th Ave station. Cheers Sean (Part-Time, Live-Out) Workplace:House & Apartment Cleaning Cleaning is required on morning, day
