This position requires a minimum of three years' experience in auto parts sales, ensuring effective management of parts transactions and customer communications. You will collaborate closely with the parts manager to locate needed items and handle special orders, while building strong relationships through friendly service. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee parts sales process for mechanics
- Collaborate with parts manager for stock queries
- Complete special order requests for customers
- Update customers about parts status
- Maintain compliance with company safety policies
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in auto parts sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient with CDK and OEM parts catalogs
- Knowledge of industry regulations
