Become an integral member of the Northwest Health Centre in High Level as an Audiologist. This role focuses on managing hearing and balance disorders while connecting with clients and interdisciplinary teams. In this part-time Audiologist position, you will make a significant impact in the High Level community, offering patient-centered care and support. You will be responsible for screening, assessing, and creating intervention plans to enhance the lives of clients. Additionally, you'll supervise students and collaborate with families and community partners for successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing and balance assessments for clients
- Develop and implement intervention plans in collaboration with teams
- Counsel patients on their hearing loss and balance dysfunction
- Supervise students during clinical practice
- Make referrals to specialists as needed
- Master’s degree in Audiology
- Active registration with ACSLPA
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in clinical settings is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
$60k per year
