Take charge of product strategy for Auxo's AI-driven fintech solutions. This full-time role, based in Toronto or Montreal, is central to shaping the future of finance automation. As the Head of Product at Auxo, a fintech leader, you will define and execute product strategy and roadmap across a dynamic suite of AI products. Responsibilities include mentoring Product Managers and collaborating closely with founders. Your insights will drive key product investment priorities, commercial strategy, and help turn a promising AI platform into a robust revenue-generating business. Key Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and development roadmap
- Determine strategic investment priorities and market validations
- Develop effective product positioning and value propositions
- Mentor two Product Managers for organizational growth
- Collaborate with engineering and GTM leadership on product scaling
- 7+ years in Product Management roles
- 2+ years of managing or mentoring Product Managers
- Proven experience with SaaS or multi-product platforms
- Strong storytelling and product positioning skills
- Familiarity with AI tools and fintech environments
