Senior Solutions Engineer (Product Expert), Housing

$150k - $200k per year

Wintermeyer Ventures

About the Role

Join a customer-facing technical team at a property technology company, supporting housing customers after implementation. You will be the go-to expert for a product area, helping customers and customer success partners resolve technical issues and making sure the platform works reliably.

What You'll Do

Provide technical guidance to customers and customer success teams for a housing product area such as leasing, maintenance, or CRM.
Investigate customer data and API integrations to diagnose issues, spot trends, and confirm systems are working as expected.
Triage and resolve technical support issues, escalating code-level problems to engineering when needed.
Support onboarding and data migration for new platform rollouts.
Work with engineering, product, and customer success to share customer insights and improve the product.

What We're Looking For

Three or more years in a Solutions Engineer or similar post-sales technical role at a startup, with ownership of implementation, troubleshooting, and escalations.
B2B SaaS experience and strong product expertise across a complex, multi-product platform.
Hands-on experience with API integrations, data, and common integration patterns.
Ability to investigate issues independently, navigate codebases, and identify when engineering support is needed.
A technical bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background, plus clear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: CAD 150,000 to CAD 200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in Toronto, Canada.
