Nakisa System Administrator

A career as a Nakisa systeme administrator integrated into the SuccessFactors platform in the HR systems team at National Bank means acting as a functional expert on the Nakisa Workforce Planning platform . This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization by ensuring reliable configuration, data, integrations, access, releases and user support, in collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, Security, Data Governance and the vendor.

Your job

• Support the integrations between SAP and Nakisa
• Managing Workforce Planning, including administration and security settings
• Perform basic configuration and application maintenance activities, including field mapping updates as required
• Coordinate and manage updates, releases and application changes, ensuring required validations and communication with stakeholders
• Manage user access, roles and permissions in line with security and governance requirements
• Document functional procedures, recurring solutions, and best practices
• Diagnose issues and ensure proper resolution
• Participate in testing and validation activities for projects and enhancements
• Act as the primary point of contact between National Bank and Nakisa for technical-related matters

Your team

Within the Human Experience and Performance - Human-Centred Evolution and Delivery sector, you will be part of a team of 10 colleagues specializing in HR systems and report to the Director of HR Systems. Our team stands out for its ability to collaborate closely with HR practice and IT teams to deliver enhancements and technology solutions that have a direct impact on the employee experience and performance. It plays a key role in the evolution of practices and systems by ensuring the consistency and integration of the technology ecosystem.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any other combination of training or experience deemed equivalent
• Three to five years of experience supporting HR applications, SaaS platforms or enterprise systems
• Experience in configuration, integrations, testing, releases, support, data quality and access controls
• Knowledge of Nakisa, organizational design, workforce planning, SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, a customer-focused approach and a continuous improvement mindset
