Director of Offshore Schools Program

Lead the New Brunswick Offshore Schools Program with Atlantic Education International as a Director. Engage internationally in educational excellence, compliance, and partnership management while working full time.

As an ideal candidate for this Director role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for AEI’s Offshore Schools Program. With over eight years of experience in leadership, you will manage program quality, accreditation, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Your focus will be on organizational growth and ensuring alignment with AEI's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic direction and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure program quality and regulatory compliance • Oversee prospective offshore school partner evaluations • Build relationships with partners and educational leaders • Monitor program performance and implement improvement strategies

Requirements: • University degree in Education, Business, or Public Administration • Minimum of eight years leadership experience • Strong understanding of quality assurance and compliance • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel internationally and manage time zones
