Remote Data Entry Specialist Position
Job
Become a vital part of our team as a Remote Data Entry Specialist. This entry-level role focuses on transferring and updating large amounts of data efficiently and accurately. In this remote role, you will facilitate data transfers into a new database system and ensure the accurate documentation of records. Attention to detail is key, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will also include receiving materials and coordinating activities with other staff to enhance database performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Input diverse data into appropriate database cells
- Complete work orders and document control forms
- Understand document control and record files thoroughly
- Transfer confidential records between software programs
- Collaborate with plant supervisors to optimize database operations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiar with Microsoft Office for reports
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate production areas
- Experience with computers and database technology
