Aviation Capital Program Engineering Manager

Shape aviation capital planning and engineering governance with AECOM’s Mississauga team, supporting major investments and program delivery.This Deputy Manager position supports planning, engineering, and architecture activities across a large aviation capital program. You will develop forward-looking investment plans, establish governance and execution plans, and coordinate with program delivery and technical services leaders. The role also oversees contractor compliance and newly delivered capital.Key Responsibilities:
Develop plans supporting strategic aviation capital programsEstablish planning and engineering governance and execution plansOversee facility condition, compliance, and delivered capital reviewsMonitor contractor compliance with contractual requirementsCoordinate with program delivery and technical services leadersRequirements:
Recognized degree in engineering, architecture, planning, or related fieldP.Eng. designationEight years of aviation project or program experienceKnowledge of planning, modeling, codes, standards, and data analysisExperience with scheduling, cost estimating, procurement, and contractsUse aviation capital planning, governance, compliance, and engineering knowledge to support AECOM’s large-scale program delivery.
