We are hiring a Building Envelope/Building Science Engineer Group Lead to enhance our team in Edmonton. Your role will encompass project leadership, technical guidance, and business development. This is an opportunity to lead a team of engineers and specialists in the Building Science sector. You will oversee the successful completion of complex building envelope projects while also developing client relationships and managing staff performance. Your experience and leadership will be essential to fostering a high-quality consulting environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior technical oversight for building science projects
• Manage multiple projects and ensure compliance with best practices
• Review and validate project documentation
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on project development
• Identify strategic business growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years in building envelope consulting
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required
• Strong leadership capabilities and project management skills
• Willing to travel for field investigations
