Senior AML Business Effectiveness Consultant
CIBC
Drive AML transaction monitoring optimization as a Senior Consultant at CIBC, using analytics and regulatory expertise in a hybrid Toronto work arrangement.
Within Capital Markets Business Effectiveness, you will advance continuous improvement across AML Business Effectiveness, Risk Insights, and Optimization. The work combines transaction monitoring, project management, regulatory analysis, and risk mitigation. You will support Enterprise AML and capital markets transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic transaction monitoring optimization projects
- Analyze money laundering and terrorist financing trends
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives from start to finish
- Present tuning recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
- Deep AML and regulatory expertise
- Knowledge of economic sanctions or related compliance areas
- Understanding of capital markets products and services
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Strong judgment and analytical skills
