Cafe Supervisor

Supervise, schedule, and provide direction to all cafe staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

Ensure front-of-house areas are clean, stocked, and operating efficiently during all service hours.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, daily cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale accuracy.
Maintain accurate records for invoices, waste, daily sales, and staff scheduling.
Ensure the cafe consistently meets all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas, equipment, and overall facility cleanliness.
Maintain all required certifications and ensure team compliance with food handling and workplace safety regulations.
Manage all aspects of catering orders, ensuring quality standards are met.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expenses to identify trends or areas for improvement.
Support budget planning, cost control, and profitability goals by minimizing waste and managing labour effectively.
